Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using dhruvion.ai (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, and separately to any client engagement, which will be governed by a signed statement of work or services agreement between Dhruvion and the client — where the two conflict, the signed agreement controls.

About our services

Dhruvion provides Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) consulting, including audits, knowledge graph and schema work, content strategy, analytics, and related advisory services (collectively, the “Services”), as described on the Site. Details of a specific engagement — scope, deliverables, timeline, fees — are set out in a separate proposal or services agreement, not on this Site.

No guaranteed results

AI visibility, citation rates, and recommendation frequency across third-party AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, Claude, Grok, and others) are influenced by factors outside Dhruvion’s control, including changes to third-party models, algorithms, and policies. Case studies, testimonials, and example metrics shown on the Site (including any illustrative or composite examples, which are labeled as such) describe past or hypothetical results and are not a guarantee of future performance for any client.

Intellectual property

The Site’s content — text, graphics, logos, frameworks, and methodology descriptions — is owned by Dhruvion or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial reference; you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
• scrape or harvest data from the Site other than through standard, permitted crawling (see our robots.txt and llms.txt);
• or interfere with the Site’s normal operation.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites (e.g. LinkedIn, partner tools). We don’t control and aren’t responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

Confidentiality of submitted information

Information you submit through the contact form or in a GEO Audit request will be used to evaluate and respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, treated as confidential business information consistent with any subsequent services agreement.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Dhruvion does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dhruvion will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site. Liability terms for actual client engagements should live in the signed services agreement, not here, and should be reviewed by counsel.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Dhruvion is legally incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
