GEO Audits
A GEO Audit measures how the six major AI assistants currently describe, cite, and recommend your brand across the prompts your buyers actually use. It produces a scored visibility baseline, a competitive comparison, a diagnosis of the signal gaps holding you back, and a prioritized roadmap.
What the audit includes
We start by building a prompt set that mirrors real buyer behaviour in your category — discovery questions, comparison questions, shortlist questions, and objection questions. Each prompt is run repeatedly across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, Claude, and Grok so that we capture variance rather than a single lucky answer. Every response is coded for whether your brand is mentioned, where it appears in the answer, how it is characterised, which sources the model cites, and which competitors are named alongside or instead of you.
How the process runs
Week one is collection and instrumentation: prompt design, competitive set definition, response capture, and an inventory of the entity, schema, and third-party sources the models are leaning on. Week two is diagnosis and roadmap: we trace weak or missing mentions back to their root cause — a thin knowledge graph entry, an unstructured product page, an absent third-party citation, contradictory descriptions across directories — and rank fixes by expected visibility impact against effort. You get a working session with the senior team that ran the analysis, not a slide handoff.
What you receive
A scored visibility baseline per platform, a citation-source map showing which domains the models trust in your category, a competitor benchmark, a gap register tied to specific pages and entities, and a sequenced 90-day roadmap. The audit is designed to stand alone: you can implement it internally, hand it to an agency, or run it with us as a managed program.
